1. Service Offers & $99 Special Terms

Our headline offer of Sofa / Couch Steam Cleaning starting at $99 covers standard 3-seat fabric sofas or standard multi-room specials up to specified dimensions. Oversized sectionals, specialized leather conditioning, extreme pet urine restoration, or deep biological stain removal may incur additional upfront charges, which will always be presented for your approval before work begins.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your sofa, carpet, or upholstery cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return and re-clean the area at no extra charge.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Same-day and scheduled appointments are subject to technician availability within our Montgomery service area (30-mile radius including Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Pike Road AL). We request at least 2 hours notice for appointment rescheduling.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians use industry-leading eco-friendly steam extraction equipment and safe solutions, customers are advised to inspect pre-existing fabric wear, manufacturer care labels, or structural frame damages prior to cleaning.
